Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Irene Stationery. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our Refunds and Return Policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Certain products are non-returnable, such as:
    • Customized items
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the return package.
  4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of  cash refund to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
  • Since we only accept cash on delivery.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 business days from the date we approve your return.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

7. Cancellation Policy

Since we offer cash on delivery as the only payment method, you may cancel an order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
